I ride to the train station daily (5 mins downhill 10 mins up), do a weekend ride whenever I can (30-40mi). Also founding member of BikeMontclair bike-ped advocacy group in my town. Transplanted bay-area californian who didn't learn to drive until age 27--why would I when I could bike? But you can't bike through the Lincoln Tunnel to Manhattan... yet.
