I'm in need of a spinning bike and I'm looking for something that is quiet to use in an apartment. I have a mountain bike and I don't want to use rollers (some can be quite loud anyways).

I've been looking at something like the Schwin bikes they use in the spinning classes. I had a cheapo $300 bike with magnetic resistance. There wasn't enough of a finite adjustment on the gearing and more importantly the seat height. I'm hoping that whatever is recommended I can use clipless pedals with.

Are there any suggestions? I take the training pretty seriously. I usually hammerout on the Spinervals 3 hour rides and the 9.5 and 10.0 traning routines 5 or 6 days a week. So I don't care about spending around $1000 for a training bike. Gym memberships in my area are $1200 / yr so itll pay back for itself rather quickly. Any there's no spinnning classes anyways!

I bought a used club spin bike for $400. It's a 'Johnny G' Spinner. It'll probably last until I'm in the grave (it's build like a brick house of ease). Craig's List to the rescue.
