Well I do most of my riding at the local skatepark, but we also have a beastly local trail that I go to occasionally. Is there any particular model/brand of BMX bike that would do well at the park and the trails?

Almost any brand. Look for full chromoly. Some brands to look for would be Fit, Kink, and some others I can't think of. The only difference I can think of between park and trails is trails has those knobby type tires and brakes.

And no pegs.

not everyone rides pegs, most everyone uses brakes and knobby tires in trails, and there are some tricks in dirtjumping that you can use pegs for.

Just make sure you have knobby tires. pegs can cause problems, but they lower the center of gravity, giving better stability. for a specific brand, I'd go for Specialized. while they're not known for BMX, I've seen so good stuff done on them.
