Biked there many times. There is a charge, about 3 or 4 dollars for bikes, depending on ferry line. You can also rent bikes at Put-in-Bay.

Kelley's Island made for some nice riding today.
$16.00 per person= $32.00.
$30.00 for a vehicle.
or
$16.00 per person=$32.00
$8.00 per bike=$16.00
Parking at ferry station $8.00

Paid the vehicle fee instead of parking and paying for the bike fares so we had better access to our cooler of water instead of paying "island" rates for water refills. All in all it was a nice way to spend a day. A couple laps around the island, chill at the beach for a little while and dinner at The Captain's Corner. I'd do it again.

I am taking my wife/kids adn some other friends up for a day of riding at Put IN Bay. Man, ferry rates are $... and they charge for parking at the ferry terminal. We are going out near Marble Heads terminal of the Millers Ferry.

I used to own a boat, and I have not been to PIB in 3 years, I am sure not much has really changed. All I know is that I am going to get pizza at Camio's- the best pizza around.

Pelee Island is a wonderfull place to ride, actually a bike is the best way to get around the Pelee. It's a lot bigger than Kelly's or Put-In-Bay but a lot less people and cars. I take the ferry out of Sandusky that runs from Memorial day until Labor Day. You'll need a reservation but I can't remember the price. Also you must go through customs and will need a passport soon if not already.
