Officially, my look is "athletic"....

Besides, it is strong coffee that makes hair grow back (and then only on your chest), not the prunes. I realize this is confusing, but keep trying and don't get discouraged. Mental exercises can help offset the symptoms of Alzheimer's.

Just so you know the inspiration for this dumb thread, I thought of it yesterday while pedaling at 8 mph into a stiff headwind on a flat route. It was either laugh at all the stupid definitions of PCAD I could think up, or shorten the ride and turn around.

The day I spend my time on a ride thinking of pcad to motivate me to stay on my bike is the day I know someone dropped acid in my water bottles. Fortunately, this has not happened yet.
