I am new to the forum, and would like to introduce myself. I love to ride both mountain and road. I put more hours in on the road, but nothing beats the trails. I am a certified bicycle mechanic, and worked as one for 5 years prior before i had to go to a higher paying career.:thumb: excited to help out with the forums and answering questions...may even have a few of my own. On to the good stuff.

The trail bike. Budget build...cost less than 200 bucks. built from all parts laying around or traded for.

05 Gary Fisher Genesis Frame
Rock Shox Tora 302 U-Turn frame (not pictured)
Avid BB7 Disc brakes
SS drivetrain (16t,32t), upgrading to 9 speed SRAM rear and staying single in front.
WTB SpeedDisc Rims with WTB Weirwolf tires

well, that frame cost me a whole 15 bucks, so if it goes, it goes....just hope it doesnt hurt too much!

Man, that stuff is so messed up now. I didnt really ever get into Power Rangers, cause it kinda sucked. But now its even worse. They try to make a plot around 5 colored super heroes. Its not cool anymore.

the S weighs about 3650...its a porker, thanks to the quattro....but with around 360awhp, i dont have too much trouble.

Dont be a hater. Power Rangers is still just as good as it was 10 years ago. Best kids show ever. Power Rangers isnt shown as much on TV now as it used to be, though. Kids these days have to watch these crappy shows with no super heroes.

Haha yeah. Apparently some Chinese emperor and kingdom thought that jade powder and mercury will give you eternal life, and he drank it and died of the worse stuff possible :P
But obviously "eternal life" is code word for "T-1000"

Oh.. I've always used a pate of milk and cornflakes to fix frame cracks.
Left overnight, that stuff welds anything. I heard Nasa use a similar technique.
