Thanks for the nonsense. If I wanted to waste my time and converse with a******* I would have selected a better set than those that have responded.

Hate to break it to you sparky but if there was a supplement that enhanced performance noticeably those other riders would be taking it also and continue to kick your ass.

Grow a set and stop looking for a supplement to replace training.

There are some supplements that show minor improvements. Do a search for some of the other supplement threads.

Maybe try a cliff bar a hour before your ride.

You have two options:

A) Ride more miles, or
B) Do more EPO.

seriously, you just need to ride more. maybe cross train with a little running. clean up your dieat and eat healthy foods. there is no magic in a bottle. get more fit and you will rider better and stronger then ever. later.
