Bicycle Mechanics - World Class Brake doubler

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

OK, I'm building up a new bike, the frameset will be here soon and I have all the parts on order with QBP. But one part I need has been discontinued :( I need to find a World Class Brake doubler. This little do-hicky* will let me control the two front brakes from one lever. Any of you other shop monkeys have one you will part with? New or used I don't care. If I have to I'll make one, but it would save me a lot of time if I could just buy one.

Thats ok, I found one. Thanks
Fixer what your thinking of is a london mod. Two levers will pull one brake. What I need was one lever to pull two brakes. I've used them before to set up bikes for riders with special needs. As well as on Tri bikes. The bike I'm building up is a tandem recumbent trike and has two front brakes. I want to control the front brakes on one lever, rear rim brake on the other.... and a hub mounted drum brake on the rear wheel with a thumb shifter.
If there is either a tandem or bicycle polo club in your area, check with them. My son's freestyle bike has a clip which combines the two under-the-downtube brake cables for attachment to the straddle cable yolk. (A freestyle bike has trick brake cable routing which permits the front wheel to be rotated continuously without binding the cables.)
For tandems, Mafac used to make a lever with two cable pulls.
