Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I've registered for the Pumpkin Patch Pedal the last 3 years, ridden it 2x. The one year I didn't ride ('06) it was pouring out in the a.m. so I ended up just picking up my bag o' goodies and heading home ... only to see the sun come out as I'm on the NJTpk.
I've done the 60-ish mile rides, and the route is pretty much flat the whole way. The support 3 years ago was lacking, but last year was very good. I would've done it this year but I'll be away on vacation. I'll likewise miss the Golden Apple ride in Westchester Cty, NY, the week prior for the same reason. Between the Golden Apple, the Covered Bridges ride (PA), and the PPP, the PPP is the easiest.
