I just got into track cycling at the end of this season. I was wondering what work outs I could do this winter, on the road or trainer that could help me with my longer track events (points races, tempo)
Are there any books or sites that could help answer some questions?
I was also wondering if rollers or a trainer would be better for me to be doing work outs on once the weather traps me indoors.
