Hey all, Recentley picked up a mid 90's Specialized StumpJumper FSR & am having a blast "Urban" riding. I know I wont outgrow this bike anytime soon and also have no interst on spending the 4500 either on a brand new one,
what I would like to do however is upgrade the Rockshox rear shok to a more modern one (newer internal technology & all) & possibly upgrade the internals of the front fork..... is this something thats been covered around here ? if so could soneone link me
If not though, what would I be looking at in terms of options or what would you guys/girls recomend..... outside of the obvious of course (making sure length is the same as well as mounting points) I plan on doing exploring on this bike through all sorts of terrain not any one thing in particular.
Also what should I look for when buying used assuming this could be done & does anyone have any ideas regarding the front fork ? Im unsure what shocks cost so I would like to keep it at or around 175$ for the rear, I do however know what a new front fork costs so this may be left alone.
