Hello hello,
I did a search but couldnt exactly find what I was looking for.
I was wondering if people had suggestions for books to read about the science side of training. I just got finished with Ed Burke's High-Tech Cycling and loved it. Most of the sports science books I have are text book'esk and not cycling specific. Any other suggestions?
