I have the aerobars Profile Design Split-Second (http://www.profile-design.com/splitsecond.html).

Anyone here have them, or any of you know what is the recommended separation between each bar(Very separate of very close together? The Pads (elbows) have to be at shoulders width or less?

This question comes, becuase when I ride the maybe after 10-15 mins I start to feel a shoulder pain/sore, then I have to get back to regular cycling position to rest, them go back to the aerobar. I think maybe it has to be with the separation of the bars/pads.

Any advise will be appreciated. ;)

I believe your elbows should be as wide as your knees
