Assembly Bill 1358 "Complete Streets Act" has been approved by the California legislature and is sitting on the governor's desk waiting for his signature. This act will require California cities and counties to explicitly design bicycle safety and transportation needs into their road networks. Please read the following material and consider calling or writing to the governor to encourage him to sign the bill.
