I'm getting ramped up for my first cross season. I think the first race is on Oct 5. My last triathlon of the tri season is upon me this weekend and I'm wondering what my cyclocross weeks will look like, having never done one.
Should it be something like this?
Sunday: race
Monday: rest
Tuesday: recovery
Wed: Hard day
Thurs: easier
Friday: harder
Sat: rest
I'm just guessing, I have no idea whatsoever. Any tips greatly appreciated!
