Thanks for the advice. I'm going to try a helmet mounted light. I have a L&M Solo mv that I was going to sell since I bought the Dinotte setup. It will be ideal for the helmet. And I am going to slow it down a bit.
Good light. Bear in mind that if you only run a helmet light, depth perception of holes and rough spots in the roadway changes dramatically. What happens is your eyes are in nearly the same plane as the light source, so you don't have shadows to tell you how deep a hazard is. It takes some getting used to but it's not bad.
