So I've actually been too good sometimes about not eating. Enough so that I had to start tracking my weight because I was getting scared I was dropping too many pounds too quickly and therefore not being able to accomplish my real goals of being able to bike long distances with great ease at high speeds.
I was eating 800 too few calories per day, which I think was a little too much.
Nonetheless.
My BMI is now out of "Obese" and just into "Overweight". Solidly so. There are muscles places where there was just flab before. I can do 25 miles. I can climb hills I couldn't climb before.
Just thought I'd share, because I feel *good* now. :)
