As of today the NYPD is enforcing a dismount and walk in the construction area of the 59th ST Bridge. I will assume that construction is between 6:30am-5:30 pm on weekdays. Today the walk was about 100-200 ft on the top area. NYPD has been on the bridge with a car for the past month or so.
A TA rep at the 59th st bridge says this is also occuring on the Willy B.
If you can confirm this on any bridges please post here and date with specifics.
