It seems like the hub just plain doesn't exist in the US, so I went ahead and ordered one from Europe. Even with shipping and the weak dollar, it was only $20 more than my LBS wants for a 3n71 (and 32 spoke only, at that). Anyone else using one of these?

Yes, I have been using one for about 3 months together with a B&M Fly IQ. I bought the complete front wheel with dynohub from here (http://bike-components.de/catalog/Wheels/Hub+Dynamo/DH3N80+Nabendynamo+%2B+A319+%2B+Sapim+Race+Laufrad) for EUR 115. I'm extremely satisfied with this purchase - one of the best modifications I made to my bike. :) BTW, these guys also ship to the US, I believe.
