don't waste your time or money on that. I hope you haven't bid yet.
If it were free or real cheap, and you knew how to weld, I would say 'Yes.' I would probably take it over to my neighbor's and play on it with his little wire-feed and see what I could do. But this person actually wants money for his scrap-pile; so I would say 'No' - - do not get involved.

Yeah, steer clearly away from it unless you are an expert in the intrincacies of welding and heat treating aluminum.

Totally fixable. I'd say $4000 - $5000 for it, easy.
