I AM SORRY MY POOR ENGLISH,I am Chinese,I live in wuhan ---a big city of China.I have a road bike----giant.Now,my question is who can help me to use cs-1000 to develop my riding ability.Who can give me a training plan ?Blieve me ,my reading ability is more better than writing

I can not really give any training advice other than ride hard and often, but welcome and even though I could not understand a word on the web site I still enjoyed it.

chenhao - welcome to the forum. sorry I wish I could read or write in chinese, but I cannot. I have done some biking in Beijing, but mostly just around the city. I did see more people with Giant bikes than the last time I was there. Maybe you can ask around at colleges to find information. I know some European and American ExPats will road bike in China.

I have never been to Wuhan, but I have made it to Guangzhou and Xi'an so I'm sure it will happen soon enough. Happy Biking!
