My weight is down ten pounds, from 277 to 267.
I ride one of my Daughter's bikes, and I was only able to put one water bottle cage on it.
But then I added a handlebar basket, and I mounted a second water bottle cage to the small-mesh basket using fender-washers.
I believe the extra water is helping me to take longer rides and burn more calories.

How important is water to burning calories?

Mount a 5 gallon water cooler(like the construction guys have) on the REAR rack. It's the only way to go.

First, get a new bike. Second, I've been drinking around 20 cups a day, and have lost 14 pounds this month. I am 5'7.5 and weighed 152, I am now 138. So if you ask me, I swear by water.

20 cups a day? My bladder would go on strike.

I piss every 45 minutes to an hour. I feel much better drinking more water. People say that 8 cups of water is enough, I strongly disagree with that statement. I've personally felt much better drinking more water, both physically and mentally.

I think my bladder is the size of a pea. My doctor has me increasing my water intake due to a separate issue and I am using the restroom like crazy. Perhaps my body will get used to the increased water intake and this will calm down. ugh

You will. My body adapted quickly. I used to drink 6-8 cups. And every time I went for a salty meal and drank more water I'd piss like a race horse the rest of the day. Now, the only reason I pee every 45 minutes is because I am in school and each class is 45 minutes. I don't wanna take the risk of holding it during passing period, and then have to piss 3/4 way through class.
