I don't know what bike that is, but the wheels look larger than 8" to me....maybe 12".

Yeah, it's cute, but be prepared to do a lot of spinning!

With 24 gear inches, I'm roughly calculating over 200 rpm at 15 mph!

Also...maybe OK for the 100# model, but at 200#, I'd bust the tires the first time I hit a hole in the road.

I'll keep my Dahon and its 20" wheels for now.

I thought you did not like small wheeled bike like those since you think it will make you drop dead in one of those nyc potholes :crash:.

Quick translate of the site (rusty gears in head turning to translate the Japanese, so I might have a couple of mistakes here and there):

Convenient folding bicycle that folds with one touch...blah blah (rusty gears stuck on this part)...becomes thin when folded for convenience in (something about going through entryways). Longest dimension is 1050cm when folded, which is smaller than a golf bag, so it can easily fit in the trunk of the car.

Specs:
Frame - Xtype one touch folding
Front brake - side pulling
Rear brake - band brake (I assume coaster?)
Gears - single speed
Brake lever - plastic
Rims - plastic
Tires - 12"x2.125"
Pedals - plastic
Saddle - anatomic wide saddle
Stand - side (I assume this is the kickstand)
Steering column - steel plated
Chain - stain guard
Standover Height - up to 137cm
Folded dimensions - 1050x375x540mm
Folding time - approx 10sec
Weight - 12.9 kilos

Optional parts
wheel bag - around $95
cycle cover - around $25

Model - transit compact(?)

a band brake is a drum on the hub with a rubber band wrapped round it and then pulled tight with the cable. Hence 2 brake levers
