On the chain wheel there si a slot for me to center it onto my crank and i cant get it centered. I was wondering if any one ahd this problem and could help. Also i just remembered i have one more problem i just got a set of hoffman highrollers that are laced to the girthy flip flop hubs i also have a dicta 16tooth freewheel(rear sprotcket) on it and my chain it running across my frame and tearing it up i was wondering is there any way i could get my chain moved over a bit so it doesnt tear up my frame and do any more damage than it already has.

You might want to ask on a more bmx specific site.
The hole in the chainring should be the same diameter as the axel so you just attach the drive side crank arm to the axel and slide the chainring over the axel and then bolt the chainring to the crank arm. Often the hole in the chainring will be bigger than the diameter of the axel. You should have a metal washer that fits over the axel and fills the gap. I think it should be supplied with your cranks.
