I have a tri-moly and it has very little rust and a lot of dust but the chrome is in good condition the paint is gone a kid ask me to sell it to him but i have no idea what it is worth please help...

Its value is whatever someone will pay for it or whatever you'd turn down. Get him to make an offer. If you don't like the offer, it's worth more to you. If no-one makes a better offer, it's clearly not worth any more to them.
