Wow Scummer. You have had a seriously rotten summer. The storms and no power, the flood and a stolen bike. I hope it all gets better from here for a long time..Youve had your share already. Enough is enough.

Suck. There is nothing good to say about anything you have had to experience. My thoughts have been with you often.

Yep! We live on one of the biggest hills in town, so the house was fine. The basement on the other hand...well, I'm just glad we have two sump pumps.

I think the hardest hit areas down here were Martinsville (between Bloomington and Indianapolis) and the surrounding areas where it's pretty much flat and good areas to ride.

I don't know about Martinsville, but I'd wager Edinburgh and Franklin were as bad or worse.

Scummer,

Went through this in June in Franklin. I don't envy the work ahead.

If water has gotten into any area that has fiberglass insulation, you probably need to tear it out down to the studs. Mold begins to grow in no time.

Also, boots and gloves are a necessity. It's amazing what is in that water...

Thoughts are with you.

Tom

D@mn. You've had a rough year with the floods. I feel for ya. I thought about you when I heard about the flooding on the radio. Good luck with the clean up...again.
