Made my day. Good dude. Had good luck with Benny last time but he's moved up in the world and gone to LB. I was bummed cause the bttom bracket I had installed zactly 3 months ago was acting up. Very annoying noise and side to side play so I called Jax where I had it installed. Young dude says bring it in for a check, I'm there in 10 minutes!:D
I'm sweating, how can this happen again in 3 months? Victor says just an adjustment sometimes needed on new parts. OK, I'll believe it when I see it, with my luck. Victor says, "I'll do it right now so you don't have to come back". Great, was hoping for that! So he slaps the bike around a few times, kicks it, spits on it then removes it from the stand, all done!:thumb:
Ahhh, EASY! Great service, second time from Jax and first from Victor! I check the bike and all goodie! Quick easy service and an invite back if something is wrong. So I'm real happy so I pull out a few bucks for a small tip for the free adjustment. Nope he says. I say, "hey man, you got me in and out real quick". He says,"no way, after you return 20 times, then maybe!".:D
