I think you got a pretty comprehensive list there.One I would add would be No.Mtn.Suppy their killer deals can be real bargains. http://www.northernmountain.com/
I also use the strategy mentioned to just search the product with a $ sign to get a list of suppliers.But don't forget something can be said for visiting the local retailers to try out the eguiptment as fit,comfort,ease of setting up are all important considerations in choicing camping equiptment.
