Hi,
I'm working toward getting the family to do a road ride from Fort Collins to Windsor sometime this fall. My kids are 11 and 14 and are usually much more enthusiastic about doing a bike ride if there is a fun food stop involved. In Fort Collins, they'll do just about anything as long as the itinerary includes a stop at the local Dairy Queen. Is there a similar attraction in Windsor? I know there is an Egg & I there, so we could do a morning ride with that as our destination, but I'm curious if others know of any other spots I should consider.
