Hi,
I wanto to know if any of you have or know were I can find a tutorial/video/photos how to change/adjust the rear derailleur, because ill be changing from regular road STI shifters to Aerobars/bar end shifters, and I want to do it my self, because I dont wanto to give another 20-25$ to the lbs.
I'll appreciate any help. :)
Do not adjust anything on the rear derailleur itself, as its range of motion and mounting angle will not change unless you change your gearing and/or your rear hub. The only adjustment you have to worry about is the effective length of the shift cable, which will affect your indexing. Start with the chain on the small cog and the lever in high-gear position; the cable should be just barely taut. Then check low gear, to make sure that the cage is approximately centered under the cog when the lever is in the low-gear position.

Give this a shot (http://www.sheldonbrown.com/derailer-adjustment.html)
I'd start with the Barnett's manuals posted at the top of this thread. They seem pretty thorough to me.
