193 down from 205 on 1/5. Still haven't been on my bike much. Primarily weights and diet so far.
Ack! 180. Up 2 from two weeks ago. Too much work and too little play.
Oh well, the days are getting longer and warmer.
225! a bit of a gain from last time. I've been resistance training more of late so hope this is muscle mass :)
293, no loss these past 2 weeks.

Outta town, so no scales... I'll check in on Saturday morning. Suffice to say, this week has involved far too much eating out and I've been slack and not made enough time for exercise, so I'm expecting big things. :eek: :(

After a few weeks of getting back on the bike and watching what I'm eating, I'm down 4 to 256. Was starting to get a bit discouraged in not losing.

I can't afford the lightest bike this spring but I can lighten the load :D
I lost 7lbs 134/127 in 5weeks .I've got 7 to go. The battle is on!!

205-- no real change in two weeks. I feel healthier, though, and my daily commutes are getting longer as the weather improves (22 miles rt today).
I'd like to lose 10 more and then prep my RB-1 for some hammer work.
