C, above.

C for me as well. I use the bike for utility transport as well as commuting. I spend as much time off as on when running errands. Specialty shoes would be inconvienient.

I have used these http://www.nashbar.com/nashbar_photos/small/NS-MTC.gif this winter.
They work better than conventional toe clips for me.

This also allows me to recycle old running shoes and use them a bit longer.

A and C.
When I go to work, I have to change into dress shoes when I get there. WHen I go to school, I just keep my cycling shoes on. It helps to have the Shimano recessed cleats.

Shoes are heavy and bulky to carry when you have size 13 feet, and most of my work/dress shoes wouldn't fit in toe clips (not to mention looking silly and possibly wearing out the uppers faster).

Same here - 16B.
Been wearing my recessed-cleat Diadoras
all day at work for several months, but I'm
totally weary of that and am about to buy
a pair of NB's to keep there.

I recently went from toe clip to clipless shoes and I am NEVER going back!!! I don't know why I did not do this sooner.
I commute in NYC and there is a lot of stop and go traffic, toe clips were driving me nuts....
But, even with toe clips, I kept a couple of pairs of shoes in the office.

...(extra characters added to circumvent minimum space requirement, but then again, I guess this explanation did just that. But, if it were just an explanation without the characters, the explanation would have made no sense now, would it :) )

A & E(use toe clips & change shoes), depends on the bike, most have toe clips, some are clipless. I keep a casual pair of shoes at my desk and I almost always ride in a pair of mountain bike shoes with recessed cleats which work with toe clips or clipless, in the Summer I sometimes wear an old pair of cycling shoes which have the early style cleats designed for toe clip pedals. Also you didn't mention the booties most of us wear in the winter months to keep our feet dry & warm. Don

a and b. I keep shoes at work anyway, since I have the option of changing between black and brown. I also keep spikes or running shoes at school since I coach two sports. In the morning, my roomate takes my shoes and stuff to work. In the afternoon after work and practice and on the way to the gym, I carry my running shoes in my courier bag and wear Adidas SPDs.
