Ride a tandem. As Sheldon is so keenly demonstrating, sitting in the stoker seat of a tandem is very nearly the same position as the outlawed Superman. No doubt this would increase you average speed for a TT by at least 5-10%. Not to mention, everyone knows tandems are faster than solos anyway. For the more serious TTer, why no do away with the front BB and cranks, stoker bars and saddle, and fit a comfy chest support instead.

Then the frame must be made of hemp fiber, the predecessor to carbon fiber. Hope it doesn't go up in smoke.
