Hi,
I was doing a search trying to find out just how good peanut oil is when
I stumbled on a bodybuilder website touting arachidonic acid as great stuff.

Prob just the newest snake oil (possibly literally, it is only found in meat) but
it got my curiousity going.

arachidonic acid is different than the stuff found in peanut butter, arachadic acid. It is an omega 6, and I don't have to spew all the hubbub about omega 6's and your health. It is a natural part of cell signaling and is involved in the pathway for pain, inflammation, and blood clotting.
