I am looking at a Devinci podium with Campy veloce on it. I have no idea if this bike is good, bad or ugly. If anybody with knowledge on it could share I would really appreciate it.

All I know about Devinci is they make some good Trials frames (Not time trials, but technical trials) Veloce is a lower end Campy, OK, but for the money I would get a low end Shimano group, others will disagree.

Like Chuck said, some will disagree. Veloce is aperfectly fine grouppo. It looks good, shifts great and will last forever. The few people I know with DeVinci frames love them. Ride it. If it fits right and is comfortable, buy it.
