That would be a good price in this neck of the woods, don't know about Nashville.

If it fits (it's tiny) and is in good shape, I would go for it.

Ahhh, I'm all of a sudden finding all of these great bikes! I was just offered a 1987 Bridgesone MB-2 for 300.00.

This road bike is a bit far away from me. I'm 6' 3" so this bike would definitely not suit me. I would either pass it on to a friend or re-sell it.
