Any of the women out there tried this saddle? Any comments? Thanks!

I had a Selle Italia (usure of model - I took it off), but I replaced it with the Specialized Body Geometry Dolce Ti. I paid $60 for it, and I'd do it again! Researched first - this saddle continued to be mentioned. Price paid was pretty consistent and I love it. Great relief for my "sit bones"! Going to be saddled up for the MS150 in May, I hope.

I would recommend the Selle Italia Lady Trans Am (with the cut out). I have been using it for a few years with no problems. :D

I've got a specialized seat, too, and I love it! I haven't tried the Okatavia, but from what i've read it sounds like a great saddle.
