I bought new tri bike from Bikesdirect.com last year. Full Shimano components ...EXCEPT Tektro brakes. I tried finding ANY information on this company (web site or US HQ) and nothing exists. You can't find warranty information, product specs, nothing?!. Company does not exist.
My local bike shop has a FUJI Tri bike for sale. All shimano and Tektro brakes... again!?#$ There 50+ Tektro items for sale on Ebay and no bids on 90% of the items. Who makes this product and why are major bike builders (Performane Bike) putting these in?
