Anyone ever own one? And does it come with a sensor for cadence?

It retails for $225, but Wiggle.co.uk has it for $147+16 shipping to the US here. For $160, it's not a bad deal.

Are there any other, better alternatives out there?

I'm looking for a computer that has the total time, miles, max/average/current speed, altimeter and cadence. All wireless.

Yes. I bought one back in the spring. Works well, easy to read without bifocals. Cadence and speed sensors are both wireless, although joined to each other by a short length of wire. Mount on the non-drive chainstay and forget about it.

Absolutely no interference from environment or other electronics. My older Delphi did not get along with my LED lights.
