I have a Celeste Green Bianchi with campo veloce shifters. The fram is made in italy and is columbus tsx lightweight. It has 16 speeds and look pedals... not sure what else to look for. any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Also any ideas of value would be appreciated:) Thanks

pictures would help.

8sp veloce would indicate something a bit more recent.

ok, it may take me a day or two to figure out the picture stuff. I just saw another bike like mine that sold on ebay for almost $1000.00 amazing... it had shimano ultegra 600 not the campo grouping and it was not columbus TSX but another columbus tubing. so anyway pics tomorrow maybe

You have a Celeste green Bianchi with Campy Veloce shifters. The frame is made in Italy and is Columbus TSX. It has 16 speeds and Look pedals.

It is worth whatever somebody is willing to pay for it.

Let me know if I can be of any further assistance.

Did you, like, find that by the side of the road or something?

very beautiful, especially the chrome accents on the stays and forks. ditch the dork disk though.

The bicycle in question appears to be a circa 1993/1994 Bianchi Veloce. Original price on these were $1500 US in 1994. Resale value wil lbe highly dependent on local market conditions, method of selling and cosmetic and mechincal conditions. I would like to see a photo of just the tubing decal, as most tubesets during this period were custom sets designed for Bianchi and feature unique decals.

I got this bike from a garage sale about 4 years ago. I paid $300.00 for it at that time. I love the bike but it is just a tad too large for me.... that makes me sad...

Do you have any idea what size it is? I want a Bianchi like nobody's business, especially a Celeste one with Campy stuff. Don't ask me why... but, I just love Bianchi's. And if you weren't on the other side of the country, I'd ask how much you want for it.

Actually... if it's my size (57) I REALLY want that bike...
Ugh... Sadly I can't throw $300 (estimate, to recoup your costs) on one right now, plus the cost of shipping...
This makes me a sad Gene...

For that bike, if it was too large for me, I do believe I'd have an operation to make me grow! That is exquisite!

Thanks all.... hhhmmmm perhaps I will learn how to strech and let my back get a little tired... yup I fell in love with it when I first saw it... and the $300.00 I thought was a steal... and you all are confirming that... so here the bike sits with a place of honor in my dining room waiting to get the tires blown up so I can start riding it again... yes I have riden it even though it is too large.

I just sprained my ankle and foot today so I will have to wait a little while to start riding it.
