I can't say enough on how much I hate running. So yes when not biking I do run (stupid me). My wife is a triathlete and a marathoner so I get sucked into doing some 10 miler and half marathon races. This means I have to put in some sort of effort to train. Had a long ride planned for sunday and decided to do a 6 mile run saturday.
Running, I have a few uncomfortable things happen, blisters on my feet, swelling ITB etc.. nothing too serious.
But Saturday the most ridiculous thing happened. My polar heart rate monitor literally stuck to my chest, I didn't notice and the constant movement of my 50min run basically tore my chest apart. So strange, I've worn this thing sometimes all day and this has never happened... OUCH.
Lesson learned.... don't run. Bike.:D
