Wanted to give a quick update to this. I was contacted by bikepartsplace.com via telephone and e-mail to correct this issue, after I contacted my banks fraud department and Visa was involved. At least they contacted me and didnt just try to deny it or run away, however still not sure i will try my luck again.
Ordered a hard to find bottom bracket, bottom bracket tool and couple other parts middle of august, took two weeks for them to process the payment. Tried to contact via telephone and e-mail several times, but no reply, guess i am out my $ but Heads up to you to stay away!
