They did ride the new Fuji time trial bike at the ToM this year, Dr. Pete should recognize that rear wheel!

August called and said, "you're late"...

RR's deal wan't even with DeRosa, it was with Trialtir, the importer. They could barely deliver enough bikes for the team as it was...

RR will be on Fuji next year...

I have a couple more pictures of the Fuji on my Flickr account (http://www.flickr.com/photos/mikeneary/sets/72157607225419863/) as well as pics from the TOM TT.

I heard a slightly different version of the story, from a well known industry guy in TX, as I was standing in his warehouse looking at all the RR-painted DeRosa frames hanging overhead.

Seems there was some sort of "misunderstanding" with Mr. Ball, and the poor folks at Trialtir didn't get certain things in writing that they really should have.

I heard it from an 'insider' at RR, hence the difference in stories...:)

Wow...I'm surprised Tyler Hamilton hasn't signed up for a BF account and posted a 'review' of his Le Champion for his first post. Isn't that in their contract?
