does the cinelli have a steeper head tube, quicker steering than the olmo pista?

I've only briefly checked out these frames. the cinelli does steer quicker but I think it's because of the differences in the forks. The olmo fork is also ugly... but it might be just right for street riding.

Cinelli has a steeper head tube angle because it is more of a race frame. the olmo is more layd back for street riding
