I ordered the bike brand new on July 25th of this year. I bought it with plans of racing the bike next year but i am not sure i am racing as we have another little one due soon. The bike hasn't even been registered into the Specialized warranty database yet and is truly in showroom condition.
The exact bike in stock form is selling right now at B&L for $2999, for $350 more you get a much better bike!!
The bike is a 2008 Tarmac Expert (same frame as the Pro) size 56CM (I am 5'9")
It will come with 2 sets of wheels:
1st set is <75 miles Fulcrum racing 5's.
2nd set is a LOW mileage set of 2005 ZIPP 404's Tubulars
The Group set has been upgraded to Full DURA ACE 7800 that is all less than 4 months old with the exception of the brifters which are in excellent condition.
The crankset is Dura ace with $300 ceramic bearings and i have either 175mm crank arms or 172.5mm.
It comes with a Sworks seat post with a Fizik Arione or Aliante Saddle of your choice.
The Handle bars are Full carbon ergo bars that retail for $295.
Ritchey WCS 4axis stem 100mm
The cables are Brand new and still need to be stretched (i replaced the housing as i can't stand white cable housings)
