Just got a new Gary Fisher Big Sur 03' closeout, and was wanting to get some cycling shoes. I was looking at www.sierratradingpost.com which has good deals on everything I get there. I don't know anything about shoes. I wanted to spend around $60 on some site like sierra. I know that shoes are expensive, but if I get them from sierra I think that I can get a good deal. Which one of these looks good for my bike?

it took an entire year and several return shipping charges to find a pair of shoes my wife was willing to be seen in.....sigh. It would been cheaper and nearly a year quicker to do it in a store. The shoe selection in Maine is not good for women.
If you go this route, expect to spend some time and money shipping various shoes back and forth. I wound up buying 3 or 4 pairs at a time to do that. In the end, for most of us, it just makes sense to go to a couple bike shops and try them there. Worked for me.

Sound advice. By the time I finally got the shoes that worked for me I could probably have paid for them with the return shipping charges.
