I read the sticky and was unable to find information on where to buy tri shorts online. I have been looking into a pair of tri shorts but I dont want to spend 75$ on a pair of shorts. Any sites that you guys frequent or recommend me to go to would be great.

trivillage.com, sportsbasement.com are pretty decent. Look at your LBS, if they carry tri gear, this time of year they will be pushing it out on sale. I went with a pair of DeSoto shorts and a Zoot top at a LBS, got both for under $100. The DeSoto's rock, thin pad but dry fast and are surprisingly comfortable (maybe not for a 1/2 IM) but good for a sprint.

Keep an eye on www.trisports.com also and browse through their clothing section where they have previous years clothes. If they have leftovers in your size, they can usually be had for up to 50% off sometimes.
