Kudos to Suunto for replacing a balky T3 heart rate monitor. I went on their website, filled out a service request, they provided me with a prepaid DHL shipping label. It turned out that it couldn't be fixed, so they sent me a replacement, at no cost--not even return shipping. And the replacement HRM has an upgraded chest strap.
