Hello,

Does anyone know where I can get new rubber brake hoods for an old Schwinn LeTour? It's the kind where the brake cables come out of the top. I asked at a couple of bike stores around here and they didn't have any.

Thanks.

check on e-bay. Do a search on Modolo and
there are usually hoods for sale.
what type of brakes are they ? Weineman? Dia-comp?

Biketoolsetc.com sells non-aero hoods for dia-compe brakes. These hoods will also fit weinmanns, and with some cutting on the bottom of the hoods shimano as well.
