Can I use the dura ace 9spd bar end shifters (SH-SLBS77) with the Easton Deltaforce Al bars (EA-DFFT)? Also Can i use the TT brake levers along with the bars and the barend shifters?

Measure the ID of the bars. If the ID is .75" or larger, the barends will fit. There is also a max ID that the shifters will expand to ... so the bar ID can't be larger than that (can't remember what the max is).

I just bought a pair of these bar myself and am currently figuring out more options regarding brake levers and shifters. It is difficult to use both bar-end shifters and the regulat TT brake levers because they both mount in the ends of the bars.
Options for brake levers that you can use with the bar end shifters include these TT-like levers (http://jtekengineering.com/Jtek_Brake_Levers.htm)which clamp on from Jtek Engineering, but they are US$80 per pair. Some people on this forum have discussed using inline brake levers which are normally mounted as an extra pair of brake levers on the top section of dropped bars - either mounting them in the equivalent central position as on the drop bars or at the ends of the extensions, or getting two pairs and doing both. Otherwise, you could just use a regular pair of road brake levers like these (http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=13672).

Be aware that the Jtek levers, both the clamp on and the mount on the side of your shifter are designed for "reduced" brake force. They are intended to be used as a third lever on the aerobar of a TT bike so the rider can slow a bit without coming off the bars and reaching for the primary brakes. Their use as primary brake levers would not be a good idea.
One possible alternative is to use Paul "thumbies" to hold the shifters on the central area of the bar while placing the brake levers into the ends of the bars.
